• Client: Owns full rights to final, paid deliverables.
• MiUX Studio: Retains rights to showcase work in portfolios and marketing unless restricted by a written agreement. Preliminary drafts and unused concepts remain MiUX property.

Assets provided are for agreed usage only and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
